Rutgers Scarlet Knights +4 over Temple
Think they win this game outright.Rutgers has lost 25 in a row in the BE.They have lost 5 of 6 to Temple.
Both teams at the bottom of the standings.Rutgers is coming off a loss to Pitt in one of the strangest games ever.Pitt dominated the 1st half. Then Rutgers defense holds them to 3 1st downs in the 2nd half and comes back to lose by 10.Miami just blewout Temple last week.
Rutgers offense with Hart can score. They have scored 28 vs Mich St,Navy 48 pts,22 VT and 32 vs Pitt.Hairston has run for over 600 yds.But he is out today along with there No.1 Wr in Moses and a starting LB.But Facyson has been waiting in the wings at RB along with Pittman.Hart has passed for 10 Td's and 1,600 yds at 56%.If he doesn't trip over his feet so much he has another 300 yds.Leonard the frosh FB has scored 13 tds and has 900 yds.Rutgers OL is playing solid.Defense cannot put together 2 halves.
Temple cannot run the ball and are one of the worst defensive teams in D-1.[ranked 110th out of 117]They are ranked last in pass defense, rush defense, scoring offense, etc, etc. They give up 210 yds a game on the ground. That's a lot.
Owls attack is thru the air..Before Canes game they were ranked high in BE in passing.McCann is the Qb at 6'6 and doesn't turn the ball over.Washington the juco kid might play today because he can run out of the pocket. But all passes go to Cobbs their only threat.
RU defense I think can contain Owls today.
Temple owns Rutgers.Lyr RU blew lead and lost by a FG.The yrs before scores like 30-5,48-14, and 56-28.
RU has a little more talent and are more athletic. They are quicker on both sides of the ball.Schiano came to RU from Miami with a lot of fanfare.Everyones waiting for RU to win. They have lost 25 straight.
Today the record is broken.Despite losing 3 starters in todays game the Nites should win outright.I think the wrong team is favored.Facyson thought he was going to start this yr only to have injuries and then losing his squat to super frosh Hariston. It's called "opportunity".Leonard should be able to run the ball vs weak Temple front 7.Hart will have time to pass the ball.Nat Jones still might run a punt or kickoff back.Temple offense could have trouble moving the ball if Nites defense plays like it did shutting out Pitt's QB-WR combo last week.
Rutgers +4 over Temple.. the streak is over ..strong play...10 boxes
Will come back with a few smaller plays

I'm with you on this one Box......

I like this Rutgers team. I took them when they were a home dog against Navy (which by the way has played some really good ball this year) and thought they would win outright. Navy would beat this Temple team and Temple's schedule strength doesn't compare to Rutgers. Short of being on the road which I never like, this is the game that Rutger should win and getting points is a big bonus. This line should be a pick and is way off imo as was the line against Navy. Not a max bet for me but a good size one. good luck.

Storming.......

AVERAGE stats are always misleading. Do you think Rutgers playing Buffalo and Temple playing Miami might have a profound effect on average stats? Rutgers has played more teams of quality than Temple in my mind: Michigan State, West Virginia, Pittsburgh, Virginia Tech and as I mentioned handily beat a pretty good Navy team. Make your own mind up.

Texas -32 over Baylor
Same old Mack Attack. Can't win the big wins but beats the hell out of the weak ones. Will do the same it did to Iowa St last week.Texas has beaten Baylor 41-0 lyr, then 49-10,48-14,and 62-0.

Playing Purdue +5.5 over Michigan.Blue wins but its a nailbitter
Akron +8.5 over UConn...Think Frye keeps it close
Minny -16 over Illi....blowout
Neb -24 over ISU...ground attack and the "lord"
Oregon -9.5 over Stanford...Cards defense has to many holes.
Boise St -24 over" do you know the way to... San Jose"
Auburn +4 over LSU....I always wanted a cadillac
Iowa -10.5 over Joe-Pa
ND +4 over BC...only because of what BC did lyr in 14-7 win.BC players ripped chunks of sod up on ND field, planted the famos flag at the 50 and destoyed the visiting lockeroom.damn,if "Ty" can't get them to respond to that he'll never win at ND.

Tulsa -17 over Smoo..

staying away games
North Texas-Mid tenn...have feeling my mean green get upset
Cincy-Army..to many pts Cinncy defense is ranked 39th ve the worst offense.
USC-Wash...I think USC can blow them away but everyone is on the Huskies. And USC record up there is bad
Ohio-Buffalo...won going against Buffalo but streak was broken last week.Think I need to get off the train.
Ok St-Texas AM...wiser people are taking AM.I think Woods and co. could handle them easily.
Pitt-Cuse...Pitt 2nd half defense vs Rutgers is still in" Ripleys Believe it or not" book.Cuse outside Dome is avg.

Rutgers... 10 boxes
Texas........4 boxes
all the rest 2 boxes GL today..

TV...I just had a bad feeling about North Texas.I did put them in a small parlay.
I guess they are going back to New Orleans.I know there upset about getting snubbed by the WAC.They took Utah St and New Mexico.

Thanks for all the nice comments from everyone.I think I had a pretty nice day.Rutgers dominated like I thought they would. In my numbers I had Rutgers -4.I guess Vegas saw something different. And Mack Brown does what he always does.Texas wins 56-0.

My Jints will lose and not cover tomr vs Minny.
Again thanks
