I forgot that Tugnutt is in the running big time for the Leaf's goalie spot. That could be a big reason why he got his second shutout of the season, against LA today--a team he's 2-9-1 against, let alone on the road.
Hackett, Kidd, Vernon (and Richter and Belfour) are also names being thrown about. Steve Shields of Ducks too. If they start him tomorrow against Chi, he could be tough.
But Tugnutt was foremost in the names mentioned. There was an article in paper about his possible trade.
