Scott's rediculous obsession with USC is probably one of the most annoying things on this board, but hardly calls for a ban.
Englishman is mostly right, USC has ONE national championship, they did not even share the other. EVERYONE agreed that the BCS would decide the National Champion, that was LSU two years ago.
If you think USC has two consecutive championships then maybe you would be in favor of not having the Super Bowl decide the NFL champion. I mean we could still play the game but on Monday we would ask the coaches who the real champion is.
I will admit I don't follow Texas or USC that closely, but thanks to Scott's obsession I am rooting like hell for Texas this week.

As a long time lurker here, I actually remember quite well the more venomous posts that Scott's detailed capping of last year's Orange Bowl elicited. I felt at the time that Kneifl's jeering on behalf of the Sooners was some of the most mean-spirited and uncalled for. Anyone with an ounce of credibility in such a position would have manned up and returned to the thread after the game to admit he was wrong.
Grow up, brother. Oh, and thanks for taking down that photo of yourself in your avatar. Arrogant is one thing. Arrogant and ugly is something else entirely.

I read these thread with a very OPEN MIND. I don't care what you think about me being a cowboy fan in Redskin country. It's my choice and ever since I was a little boy going over to my Aunt's house for Thanksgiving dinner we always used to love to root for america's team! As for Scott, I like to look to the handicapping forums for information and it helps a lot. I just hate to see every thread being polluted with USC garbage.
