Round 1 play (4pts):

Padraig Harrington to beat Brandt Snedeker +100 @ 5Dimes
Snedeker has played in three previous events on the European Tour, missed the cut every time and failed to break par in any round. On a cold, wet course in Inverness, he will feel as far from home as he can get on a golf course so I don't expect him to start breaking par and making the cut in Europe this particular week. This will Harrington's first start in Europe this year and even though he has not been in great form on the PGA Tour, he should have a sizeable advantage in this environment.

[unofficial rd1 system plays: Fujita tb Bjorn +130; Bourdy tb Olesen -108]

On this as well but at -110 for 72.

Round 2 play (4pts):

Graeme Storm to beat Gregory Havret +100 @ 5Dimes
Both players are well outside the top-100 after the first round, so they may well coast during tomorrow's round, but the last four times that Storm has been outside the top-100 in the opening round of a European Tour event, he has shot 68-67-67-68 in the 2nd round; in Havret's last four second rounds on the European Tour when starting outside the top-100, he has shot 74-74-77-75. It seems to suggest that Storm is not the coasting type, plus he will be playing in the easier morning conditions so he could easily extend his run of finishing ahead of Havret to four consecutive events.

[unofficial rd2 system play: Bourdy tb Olesen -106]
