despite being at the same spot the bodies were found...some 90 miles away? on christmas eve...

despite being caught heading towards mexico with 15 large,a coleman stove,bags of clothes etc.....not to mention the blond hair....

despite not being able to account for all the cement that allegedly went into his patio...even though nobody could verify it....

despite geragos claiming he could supply a witness that saw lacy after the fact....

despite no evidence of a satanic cult kidnapping....despite no evidence of a homeless kidnapping.....as geragos said he would provide...


there are no pictures of him murdering her...of course,there were no pictures of o.j. murdering nicole...despite ridiculously damning circumstantial evidence(not to mention blood)......

they both were heading to mexico,though....

imo,flight is circumstantial evidence of guilt...

this is just another example of why we have the best jurisprudence system in the world...

these high profile cases are all anomalies....not representative of how the justice system really works....lol.....

i feel very badly that this poor woman`s family will probably now get another gut-wrenching kick in the nuts by morons like this fat idiot "justin" that was obviously an idiot and would never have convicted peterson under any circumstances....

i really hope i`m wrong..for the families`sake... ..i don`t think i will be....

we`ll see in a few minutes...

this case will definitely be a strong case in appeal!

1 juror gets relieved the day before and all of a sudden here comes a guilty verdict.

now dont get me wrong...i believe the guy was giulty, but the juror system did not seem to work this time....i mean less than 5 hours of deliberation with a new juror seems awful fishy!

they wanted this guy to hang!!

I am glad they did not let him walk but hope they don't have the state kill him, IMO that is to easy he would be spending 23 hours a day for the rest of his life in lock down alone if he does not get the posion point, that is much harder then the fast death, it would be one thing if he was sent to prision where he was able to have a yard and free to go walk around or work and have rec and free time for 14 hours a day smoke what evr he wants, yes it is jail or prision but not like lock down 23 hours aday alone the rest of his life. Even if he did get sent to a prision with gen pop but he is not eligable for that he would be killed most likely, prision and inmates are funny they hate rappiest and child killers. but the 23 hours aday in lock down all alone is far more worse then the point, but the cost is also way more on tax payers.

You have to be sick to kill someone unless in self defense, but even more sick to kill your wife and unborn son. I do feel bad for both families though no-one wins in this, remember scotts parents were also soon to be grand parents of conner. this is not justice there is no justice in anything like this but least he will suffer to bad 2 famlies also have to suffer. but if they stick him and let him go out easy I say he got off to good then, he should suffer the hell of lock down for life.IMO again.

Also if people think he was set up come on look where they were found less then 2 miles from where he was fishing, the set up story will not fly for me.

Living in socal and listening to KFI everyday follow-
ing this circus, I was convinced he would walk and
so was every one else, the prosecution was a joke,
but now it comes out the jury HATED THAT SOB
so bad after hearing ALL the evidence of what a
low life piece of chit he was that they made the
right call regardless of the incompetance of the
prosecution....I'm sure our resident French
Socialist fast eddie will come forward and defend
scotty too the end..... :lol:

Something tells me that the juror doctor/lawyer guy that was kicked off the case had the 12 note books of notes because he was writing a book.

why else would he be dismissed ?

oh well justice served.

See ya Scotty Peterson. Now lets hope for the lethal injection
nap. He will worry about that one for awhile.

I THINK WE ALL CAN AGREE WE THINK HE DID IT. BUT THE EVIDENCE AS ALL AND I STRESS ALL LAWYERS HAVE SAID DID NOT WARRANT A TRIAL LET ALONE A CONVICTION.

I UNDERSTAND YOUR PASSION BUT WITHOUT PROPER JUSTICE YOU ARE WALKING A VERY DANGEROUS LINE.

Pretty sorry when a guy is found guilty cuz a jury doesn't like him. Pretty sorry when a guy is found guilty because he is a liar. Pretty sorry a guy is found guilty cuz it sure looks like he did it but no physical evidence. Pretty sorry a guy is found guilty when not proven beyond a reasonable doubt. Pretty sorry a guy is found guilty when no murder weapon is found or no real motive is proven or no dna linking him to the crime is found. Pretty sorry a man can be found guilty because he is cheating on his wife who is about to have a baby and who has an insurance policy and there is no other suspect who may have done it. Pretty sorry a man is found guilty because everyone thinks he did it but can't prove it to be 100% true. I'm glad that everyone has added up all the facts and determined he is guilty. Now deal with it people cuz noone is safe. Hope you aren't near an unsolved crime and it seems as if you are the leading suspect because it seems like you did it and there is no other suspect. This is a joke and has opened the door for people to get convicted of a crime because "we" think he did it, not because "we" know he did it. You had better hope you are never near a crime because if they think you probably did it, then you must have done it. ......I;m gonna go hide now :scared
