Yeah. . . drilled isn't even correct terminology for what happened. . . they were outcoached clearly. The famous "Box and One" from Utah was the big factor.
Thinking about '97 makes me wonder.......
Where would I find Myles Simon now:
a. pumping gas?
b. collecting change for washing windshields?
c. "food service"?
d. lawn care?
e. Nasa?
He showed up for 6 games, but what a waste.

I agree about Miles Simon. . . loved the guy in 97 when they won it all then hated him after. He even filed a suit against the University for some stupid reason to try and get money! I think his main reason was that he couldn't make the NBA and get the money he thought he deserved. The guy was clearly never a great NBA prospect but he thrived on the college level because he created his own shots for himself and teammates.
But he is one of the few that played like a star at U of A but didn't get it done on the next level.

You guys crack me up. So many of you write as if I care how the conference does. I know the conference and bet it accordingly. I am not "rooting" for them nor do I get on here with the silly "my conference is better crap." So if you feel the need to rag on me at least rag on me with something on point.
