Fletch,

I love seeing your posts about my beloved Cubs, I agree its time for Baylor to take a step down, I wish his talent on the offensive side would have helped us but nothings happening here, and the pitching seems to get worse and worse.

scoped out some of the early action today and noticed the Cubbies brought in Juan Cruz again......just started laughing at the move. The guy gets behind and then serves them up..unreal how many guys on that pitching staff can't throw strikes.

speaking of bad teams...

please don't bite my head off, but how can you play my Tigers with that kind of confidence? They haven't been hitting worth a crap and they have no heart, just like the cubbies. Weaver is going to have to be very very good to get a win, and he's more than capable. I just don't have faith in them scoring enough runs to win. i am going to the tigers game tomorrow.

i know you don't like questions like this, but i had to ask

i like 99% of your plays and i appreciate you posting what you can here, you are a big help!

thanks,
steve

never play the runline on the home team, and never play the runline with a team that doesnot hit well.

you will get them next time just alittle food for thought.

this is strictly just my opinion, but asking the Tigers to cover a run line is a tough proposition. Actually run lines period are tough, but Detroit in that Park is extremely tough. Nice hit Eric!

Good luck

Thanks for the info on the run line. I really appreciate it. I'm always open to any advice. It wasn't the first time I lost a run line by the half run. I won't complain though because shit happens.
I just hate to lay the juice. I guess I figured the run line was a better value if I would have won of course.
