I have looked at this game very closely and the Reds are expected to win... However, do you really want to lay huge odds with a team playing for nothing? Also, how many fans are going to show up for this game? Griffey and Freel are also out for the Reds.

Arroyo has dominated the Scrubbies this season... looking at pure numbers, it's tough to not like the Reds. However, I think the bullpens will decide this game and I'm banking on the Scrubs bullpen helping them get a split in this 4 game series. Miller has been tough to hit, but he needs to cutdown on the huge number of free passes he's been giving. Hopefully he just walks Adam Dunn today. I would like Miller to go 5 innings, give up 1-2 earned runs and the bullpen can save them.

Scrubbies +175 for 5*... Playing a little large on this game, but something has to keep me occupied at work. :142smilie :mj07:

Prediction: Scrubs 5 Reds 3:scared  :SIB

Destructor, it looks like the Reds just don't give a f#ck. Two straight Bad News Bear style plays and the Cubs are up. :mj07:

Reds blow a simple double play in the first inning to open up the gates. OF COURSE, I AM ON THE REDS.

I cannot express in words how much I absolutely hate relievers that give up two out walks. It has to be the worst thing you can do next to failing to sacrifice a runner in scoring position. If the Cubs find a way to win this game it will be an udder miracle. Going on the third pitcher of the inning now, I can barely watch.

had the under in the houston/stlouis game when aubrey huff broke an 0-22 slump with a 3 run homer in the late innings.

had the under busted today when griffey hits a pinch hit 3-run homer after not swinging a bat for 3 weeks.

ridiculous.

i had cubs and the under, this why i gave up baseball weeks ago. relief pitching is horrendous, starters go 5 to 6 anymore and no bullpen can hold a lead to save their live. then a guy who hasn;t batted in 3 weeks hits a 3 run tator. just typical baseball.

Man oh man. I missed out on this one. I was going to lay cash on the Cubbies.

Early start...

Just spared myself the agony of another early game defeat.

What a way to lose. This game was still 4-0, deep into the 7th, looked like money. Wow just wow.

Sorry boys...

I did play Reds -150 for 2* in the 2nd half... I have been busy so I didn't have time to post. I'm still very upset about losing this game by a 3 run homer in the bottom of the 8th.

Bad beats are killing me!:com: :sadwave:

That felt like having pocket aces cracked by 27 off...:sadwave: Thanks for pulling a pitcher throwing a shutout for a series of crappy relievers, Dusty Baker. How you still have a job I'll never know.
