San Diego (+34) vs Gonzaga
30+ points is way too much chalk come this close to tourney time. If the zags get up by 20 I think they will go deep into the bench to try to get some experience for the other players. Gonzaga does have the ability to light it up but I feel teams late in the season either have something to prove or are getting ready for the big dance. What is going to get the Zags up for this game:shrug: ? They will win big but IMO not by 30+.
Also with regards to Vounang the leading scorer, even with him out they loss 17 points and about 7 rebounds pergame. Last I saw was he was day-to-day and Questionable for this game, so he may just suck it up an play? But if he is out, Someone off the pine can give them half those points and boards I'm sure.
As a coach for SD this is an oppertunity to get your kids up and play a highly ranked team that might be sleep walking into this game
. He can get them hyped up and they should keep this under 20 point difference till the end. For SD this is their big game. Also the Zags use the stall offensive late in the game and with a 20 point lead I do not see them attacking the hoop.
