Do you think Coach Coughlan could have possibly looked at the upcoming schedule before throwing the starting job Eli's way??

Potential Franchise QB...worth $$$$....gives him a start with Atlanta, Philli, Washington, Baltimore and Pittsburgh games to come!!! :142lmao: :scared

(The only team there NOT in the top 8 for sacks is Washington, who happen to the 4th best pass D in the NFL!!)

This one get real nasty!! :)

"the bunker"
maybe he goes back to warner here.....manning definitely isn`t ready.......

i have to think that san diego is laughing themselves sick at the result of manning`s draft day tantrum....

they have brees....rivers on the bench..what looks like an excellent first round pick in their pocket from the giants.....

man....at least in the short term.,this is like christmas+ for the chargers....

and manning is saddled with an oraganization that may be down for a good while....

there is justice.......

btw....palmer or not,i may take cincy +3 vs buffalo...beating the rams, seahawks, dolphins and browns isn`t enough to make me overlook the bledsoe factor and make them fave`s over a very tough cincy club that took san diego to the wall at home....and beat the ravens at home...a very balanced offense with housemansadeh now not allowing teams to focus on johnson.....

expect everyone to jump on the buffalo bandwagon...

maybe a look at the over...

I don't think packer line will go anywhere, and i would'nt lay 3- to anybody with any kind of defense like Jacksonville. Packers don't play any better than first half vs lions , jacksonville will beat them straight up.

Pittsbugh Steelers @ New York Giants +10
NYG.gif

Eleven in a row for the men of steel. Amazingly they have won their last 4 games by only scoring 19, 16, 17 & 17 pts in their past 4 games.
No worries here as the G-men are on a 0-6 SU & ATS run averaging only 10 ppg in their last 5 games.
Matter of fact in the last 3 weeks New York has only managed a mere 31 FDs & to top that off Manning was a hedious 4 of 18 LW.

Deja Vu as the Giants finished on a 0-8 SU & ATS run last year.

New York is 1-8 ATS as a December host off a SU loss & 10-23 ATS as a non-division host.

Steelers are in a Ravens/Jets sandwich but the Giants are the ones to be devoured....by the Men of Steel. :yup

Jacksonville Jaguars @ Green Bay Packers -3.5
FGB.gif

Green Bay opened at the Stardust at -5.5 & thanks to Joe Pubic we can find value with 3.5s around town. I believe this is a great spot for the Pack laying less than a TD but will pray for bad weather, to be on the safe side.

Jacksonville has been one of the most fortunate teams in the NFL through parts of this season but not this weekend as they will be playing on the frozen tundra of Lambeau Field.

The Jaguars are barely alive after snapping a 3-game slide, behind 5 sacks of the hurting Bears. Despite that win they've managed only 6 & 16 pts in their last 2 RGs.

Packers are just the opposite who've covered their last 2 non-division HGs by 17 & 21.5 pts & averaged 40 ppg in their last 3 HGs prior to their offensive malaise vs the Lions.

I'm looking for a quick return of normalcy as Green Bay is a perfect 9-0-1 ATS in their home finale.

Packers are also 18-5 ATS in December vs. an opponent off a win.

Jaguars are a dissappointing 2-10 ATS on the NFC road as well as 1-5 ATS off a DD win.

I've yet to see a 3 but when I do :firing:

Hi Senor,

I love the Eagles as well, but one thing worries me about that game. If the Falcons lose on Saturday, then the Eagles lock up home field advantage through out the playoffs. If this happens, I am worried that they might not give their all against Dallas, and could possibly not cover. If Atlanta wins Saturday, then I love the Eagles to roll in this one. What do you think about this?

Also, I LOVE the Jets this week. Seahags are pathetic on the road, and the Jets are mad. Any opinion on this one? Thanks.

Buffalo, I feel same as you do as regards Jets and Eagles but also wonder whether Falcons will even be highly motivated since chances of them taking HF from Eagles is virtually zero anyway. I don't think they really hace anything to worry about behind them though I better go look at this as maybe Pack can still catch them. We know Panthers should definitely be up for the game.

I like the Panthers in an upset & didn't play the Eagles BIG becuase of the reason you posted & that TO might be out for this one.

I haven't looked into the Jets/Seahag game yet.

Carolina Panthers @ Atlanta Falcons -3.5
FATL.gif

Who would have thunk it ? :)
After a 1-7 start the Panthers have won that last 5 in a row putting them in playoff contention. In those 5 wins they managed a 22-4 TO edge. Not only are they on fire but they've been putting money in my account & that's what matters most :yup

Revenge is front & center here & Carolina is an awesome 15-4 ATS as a December Dog while Fox is 8-2 ATS with revenge, when off a win & cover.

The dog in Carolina games are 27-7 ATS.

The Falcons counter with a 10-2-1 ATS in this series & ran fopr 224 yards as series hosts LY. Atlanta is averaging 195 running yards in their last 5 games, not too shabby. Atlanta is also 11-2 ATS as division HFs of more than 2.5 pts.
So don't expect this to be a guarantee!!!

Tough game to play, regardless.....

Carolina Panthers +3.5

I doubt if you see the opening line of 4 again.
Snooze ya lose :(

I see Phillys TO is iffy for the game against Dallas.
No TO no posted play

Also I see the opening line of Buffalo -3 has finally evened out to the "true" line. The 3 was a tad high. I actually think Kitna pulls the upset here.

San Diego Chargers @ Cleveland Browns +10
FCLE.gif

No hopping off this money train as they are now on a 7-0 SU run & 9-0-1 ATS.

Cleveland amassed a total of 17 yards @ Buffalo LW & has a 690-149 RY deficit in the past 3 weeks. The Brownies solid HF advantage is history, losing their last HG 42-15.

Cleveland is 0-7 ATS at home off a DD loss vs. a foe off a win & cover.
Throw in they are 1-8 ATS as a December host and my play is the......
