do I think ECU players are getting paid.? no...

small fish in a gigantic fish tank..

Power Conferences and Power Mid Majors who found their name in lights ..

when the big curtain gets pulled back it's football and basketball ..

It can't go on forever.....either pay these superstars up front or they will get paid thru the backdoor....

Social media and cell phones changed the price of privacy...

There is none.........if you say it in a crowd you might as well say it out loud.

It's just a matter of time .............

So. Cal
Hmm....

Any feedback on the statement today, the thrice updated st ill incorrect initial espn report or the 100% fabricated radio interview by the Tucson newspaper reporter (as admitted to by himself)

???

Miller either has the biggest sack to go possibly go against the feds or it's ANOTHER fine example of #fakenews being exposed.....too bad most have 60 years of ingrained belief in believing what they hear/read from the "neutral" media

The only reason the NCAA is thumping their chest ?We need change.? Is because the FBI is involved, or it?d be business as usual. College Univerities bribe coaches by offering them massive amounts of money versus their current employer, to swoon them to leave. Some shoe company offers Ayton 100k to go to UofA and we?re up in arms. GET OUTTA HERE. If someone wants to pay kid X a certain amount of dollars to attend a certain University, they should be allowed. If I hear another person complain about it not being fair to less talented kids or less entertaining sports I might lose my mind. Why have we turned into a country where everyone must be treated equally regardless of your talent, effort, personality, etc? There?s a thing called failure and sometimes one person succeeds and another fails. That?s called LIFE.

Not only am I offended by how people are so archaic in their thinking that what?s going on and has been going on is ?cheating,? but I?m offended at how little these college athletes are getting bribed. And please, spare me the ?Free Education? speech. Anyone ever attend college at a D1 program and interact or take classes with athletes? I played college basketball at a small college and continuously had to miss classes/exams and wing tests without a teacher teaching me because of games/practice. Their education level that they receive is nowhere near the same as the standard student.

then pay them and be done with it..do away with the "One and Done"..Let the Super Super Stars go directly to the NBA out of high school and let the rest use the college stop over as the minor league system for at least 3 years in both football and basketball....Baseball already has their minor leagues...

Have a program set up for those who stay at least the 3 years to receive wages, basic education and life skills while their talents continue to fill the schools bank accounts.
