love the play thats what i have too. the 3rd q a lil higher scoring than i wanted but i think we are still good. good luck
Not watching this game at all, so this is based purely on the box score I am reading at the half as well as the numbers that come up based on previous games.
I like the Clips to keep it close in the second half. Again, THIS IS NOT A PLAY, I am just keeping track of this system in its early stages with this thread, just so as not to confuse anybody. I generally don't like to make any serious plays in NBA until mid to late November. So, as I see it now, I like:
LAC +4 2nd Half
...Would have liked (and expected I might add) for this to be a little higher, but this is what would come up for me as a play. We'll see now what happens second half.

I know I said I don't make early season NBA plays, but I can't pass this one up. These teams are not going to stop scoring in the 2nd half. This one is a play and it should sail over easily.

Hmmm... tough one. I really liked the over 196 for the game, but this 2nd half total would not fall as a play for me. I was scared off after I saw the history last year of Sunday Laker home games going under. But, that was last year.
If I had to pick one now, I would definitely say the Over. But I am going to lay off this one myself. I don't see a ton of value as the entire game would have to go over 222, which is 26 points over the original total. I will say though that the halftime numbers set up well for the over in the 2nd half. Lakers should keep up the pace and the Hawks should pick up their shooting % in the second half as well. But that is no guarantee. 100 pts is a little steep for me pfj.

i think they will keep up the pace...or at least kobe will.....not only that but the 1st half total was 98 and 2nd half was 99 and shot up to 101.5 before closing.....so I like the chances on the over...i got it at 100....for a small play. love the input. thanks bro:00x15
Well the way the Lakers have played thus far you have a good shot with that play! They have not been able to cover a spread and I don't really see them beginning blow inferior teams out at home until Ron Ron gets fully integrated into the offense.

Right now I'm looking at two totals:
NYK/NO 203 over, which I believe to be somewhat low, and UTA/HOU under 202, which I think is too high. I'm going to wait to see how the totals move and watch how 1st half plays out in both of these and maybe make a play or possibly just post a lean on those. Again, I'm really trying not to make many early NBA plays as 3 games is just not enough for me to get a good guage of most teams. I do like both of those totals though.
