seasoning salt recipe

9 lbs kosher salt
1 lb black pepper
1 2 oz can ginger
1 2 oz can paprika
1 1/4 bottle chili powder
1 tsp tumeric
1 tsp sage
1 2.37 oz bottle garlic powder
1 2.37 bottle onion powder

mix all ingredients together and store in a tight container

the full recipe makes alot...

I use this on everything...

I've got Old Bay on the shelf and think I have only used it once on crab legs. Any other uses? Or what do you guys use it on?
