Both Portland and Seattle played last night so neither team is rested. I'm basing this play on one trend, which probably isn't the most prudent thing to do, but I like it and have had some success with it so far this season.

Portland and Seattle have the following records when playing back to back against an opponent that is playing back to back:

Seattle 3-1 SU & 4-0 ATS

Portland 1-5 SU & 0-6 ATS

Portland is under .500 on 0 days rest overall with a record of 9-11 SU, and only 7-13 ATS. Seattle is a bit worse SU on 0 days rest at 8-11 but Seattle is 10-9 ATS. Seattle plus the points is a stronger bet I feel, but Seattle is playing good ball lately. They should be riding high after beating a tough San Antonio team last night so they should play with confidence tonight. They also have some added incentive as they have lost their 1st 3 games against Portland this year. I look for them to avoid the season series sweep and come away with the win. It's very difficult to win 4 straight games against any team in any league.

Going with

Seattle ML (+230) 1 unit
Seattle +6.5 2 units

Good luck

With Wallace out for tonight............

With Wallace out for tonight............

Portland will be without the team's leading scorer for the third game in a row. Last night Pippen look "scared" when the ball was in his hands and he had a shot.

I don't know if that was just jitters at the Staples Center on Pippen's part OR something more serious related to "insecurity" because of no Wallace???

Looks like the total has even dropped a couple of points on this game......which may be related to Pippen's offensive performance last night at the LAL.

Still think'n and work'n here Dragon! ez
