What are your thoughts on this one
We know ATL is a 5 point fave
We know the total is 51.5
We know ATL is the #2 seed
We know ATL is playing their 1st playoff game this season
We know SEA is the #3 seed
We know SEA beat Detroit in wildcard rd
We don't know who will win
We don't know how many points will be scored
So what's your guess
Seattle most likely feels right at home in a playoff game regardless if it's on the road....Carroll, Russell, LOB all know what to expect
Playoff experience is huge to me...ATL hasn't been in recent years...curious to see how they handle emotion early on...
QB- push- Ryan is a better passer with the better regular season but I think it's even with Russ's experience and mobility-
WR- edge falcons- Julio jones
Rb- Edge falcons- Rawls looked good last week but the SEA running game was below avg all year - ATL has been able to dominate with their running backs with coleman/freeman splitting time and having coleman ability to catch passes is huge
TE- edge seahawks- Jimmy graham still can dominate a game
Special teams- push
Defense- edge seahawks- ATL is much improved but Seattle is still a top 3 unit
Coaching- edge seahawks- i hate his gum chewing techniques but Carroll's experience is huge edge
Home field favors ATL obviously
What's that mean...I don't know but Seattle loves this role and I wouldn't be surprised to see them score early and put pressure on ATL....
If Ryan limits turnovers and the running game can establish itself then ATL is right where they want to be
These 2 played a wild and competitive game early in season with Seattle winning after a controversial non-call on Richard Sherman who appeared to interfere with Julio jones on a 4th down passing attempt
I think we should have another good game but with 2 fairly even teams and only 1 with plenty of experience in this situation, I'm leaning the points
Anyone else looking at this game?
