That's a guess, right?

I say G.B -3.

I hope you're right.

Seattle wins straight up but I'd take the 8.

Already played GB -9. Think the line will go up from there. Seattle will have their hands full next weekend.

Holmgren back in GB..... Careful.. Sea sucks but we all remember the last game and the famous quote in OT, "We want the ball because we are gonna score!!!" - Hasslebeck. And then driving along INT for a TD and a loss...... But, with a line of 9 that still would be a cover.... Gonna be interesting to see how this line goes during the week. Good luck on whatever you all choose.

I havent decided yet, but I think the line of 9 is about right maybe even 10. If they were begging for Sea money they would have put it at 13.5......

Green Bay has lost two of its last three home playoff games (the win being the OT victory over Seattle). The Packers lost at home to the Bears this year. They looked miserable in the one real cold conditions game they played this year (against the Bears). The Lambeau Mystique is dead. I grew up a huge Packer fan and I remember thinking they could beat anyone, anytime, anyday at Lambeau. But those days are over. This is not a team built to win in the cold (early forecast calls for highs in the low 20s next weekend).

Seattle + and on the ML for me.

the line is about right - please, sea was lucky to cover today (i had them large and was scared to death at the half). they cannot run and their def is too aggressive to play against a team with the weapons that GB has.

disclaimer : truly never know which favre will show up - the good one or the dumb fuk that forces throws. Sea has no one on their team named urlacher so i think that the pack will win, but i cannot argue with anyone that wants to take the points.

with that said, gb is far more efficient than wash on offense and their secondary is also much better than wash. greg williams could coach my def any day - he may be the best def guy in the nfl.

Completely agree. I won my bet on the Hawks but went for the middle at half because their offense was sputtering big time and I knew it was only a matter of time before their D gave up some points. If Trufant gets tackled before scoring on that INT (like he should have), I doubt the Hawks would have won by more than 10.

Completely different team at home too. I think they could be in for a shellacking next weekend. GL...

Wow - I was shocked to see a -9 thrown on this game for Green Bay...I'll be at the game next weekend as I'm a season ticket holder (i don't go to alot of the games as i let other people but this should be a great game Saturday!)...

From the perspective of a huge GB Packer fan who does like to wager for or against them when I see fit - I really wouldn't feel comfortable laying 9 points on the Pack...I keep seeing this as a 3 point game either way - that's right I'm a huge Packer fan but my i don't bet just because that reason - if i think they will lose, i'll gladly bet against them even if i'm sitting in the stands...

Right now i have a strong lean to Seattle +9 for this game...I just really don't see a blowout on either side...this could be the good old "lets give them too many points" angle w/ this line - to get the money on Seattle...but really i think they hang within this number...right now I will not be surprised if GB comes close to losing this game, or does so by 3 or 7...i do think GB is the better all around team - but this is the NFL and anything can happen from game to game...

Seattle still should have some success throwing the ball around...if they can get some pressur on Favre like they did to Collins today, they could make this game very interesteing - and very uneasy on the Packer fans at Lambeau...

If nothing else just answer this question....If the you take the Pack -9 and they are up by 14 or 15 won't you be a bit nervous about Seattle moving the ball down the field for a back door score...Seattle has the ability to move the ball quickly through the air...

I do think they should shut down the Seattle running game - but Seattle has really opened up the passing game - and Branch, Hackett are back and healthy...Weaver, Morris give the running game a little change up as well...and can be involved in the passing game...

Don't put too much stock into the Pack's blowout over Detroit - as i've said all year Detroit was just not a good team - i never bought into their hype of a 10 win team...

The other wild card in this one i think is all week you will be hearing about the last visit the Hasselbeck "we want the ball and we're gonna score" footage will be shown all week long - no doubt this has been in the back of his mind and the next trip to lambeau in the playoffs he'd like to get the win...all that, the Holmgren coming back angle...all this i think helps point to a closer game...

I'd love to see GB win this in a blowout, i really don't think it will happen...Saturday is a long ways away - i will watch how this line moves during the week - i won't play GB at that steep price of laying 9 points (i really don't see this going much higher - 10 max, but it could also move down to say 8)...i'm sure right now i'll be putting the cash down on Seattle plus the points...my friends always say "how can you do that - go against your fave team" - real easy - i like to make money investing on sports contests - GB is a team i follow more than any - i've been very accurate on them the whole season...

Good luck w/ what you play in this one - but i'd strongly consider taking the points with Seattle...just too many points to turn down for what should be a tightly contested playoff game...

Have a great night everyone

I agree with Save it and I am also a Packer fan. This has back door written all over it. Packers have problems when teams go to four wides. Inexperienced playoff team. I like the points in this one. Packers have benefited from not playing a lot of good quarterbacks. I see the Pack winning but not covering the spread. Glta

I played the Seahawks over the Skins this week partly because of their home-field advantage where they were 7-1 SU this year.

This week Seattle goes on the road where they were just 3-5 SU and 3-5 ATS this season and face a Packers team that was 7-1 SU and 6-1-1 ATS at Home this past season...quite a difference!

Too early for me to make a play on this game but I think the -8.5 is about right.

On the course!
I don't see "back door cover" at all. If anything, I see a "back door WIN!"

What happens if Seattle scores a TD first? Now you are +16 or 17. Pretty big order, friend.
