Really think college football is done for the season . Big 10 Pac 10 all put up their red flags. I kinda agree with the Presidents of these schools because this virus is to unpredictable.. I thought B-12 and SEC should follow
But today read an article by Davis Sparks of the Tennessean wow it blew me away .. maybe some here can reprint it or paste made me rethink my position The SEC has some plan for playing with the virus or preventing it. article to long to explain The SEC guidelines vs the C-19 but
Questions like would an effected player wipe out his position group? Should players be paired vs each other? What players should practice on an island.. Kicker and qb's . in scrimmage situations don't play 1st string offense vs 1st string defense .a player infected wipes out both teams.. so a starting right tackle going against the starting DL on defense could wipe each other out.. the article goes on and on .pretty interesting read. A lot of scenarios not sure if any of this will work because colleges don't have bubbles like the NBA, but it made me think that the SEC really looked into We need college football I had tickets to the Oklahoma-Army game but thats cancelled . SMU vs Texas St here but either postponed changed the date tickets not allowed I hope basketball isn't effected .. I must confess with my head down in shame .. I have gone to the Mojo Forum here in MJ's a few times.. I know ' with or without " 1,000 of views a few are mine..but being a good catholic have said " mea culpa several times.. For you guys that aren't Catholic or can't read latin
that means " forgive me "
C'mon college football or basketball

thank you old school .how are you doing over there in Virginia ? its hot here in Texas..everyday over 100 here..think with July included {30 days} and 13 days in August its been over 100 in 35 of the last 42 days ...I know the whole country is having heat problems ..think I read it was 117 in in Arizona the other day,
Thanks for that article ..even with all the SEC guidelines don't think it will be safe..I think the problems is when schools re-open the players aren't in a bubble but back in dorms.
I had a fever of 100 yesterday and the chills. today back to 98 normal . so today my wife is setting c-19 test appointment. I think its from me walking in 100 degree weather to the pool, swimming ,then walking back to the condo into our " ice station zebra" room Its like walking into the sahara then the pool then to ice station zebra.
But today any fever at my age in these times is critical ....

C-19 negative .. didn't think I had it but between ,my wife, daughter and son with his wife pregnant you are in a no win argument to get tested ...at least it was only 4 days for the results ....watched a little of " hard knocks" on HBO .. the NFL seems to be doing a good job ..NBA bubble is really good not sure how University's are going keep this virus not spreading .. heard this morning there was a dorm party at UConn ..all those kids that lived in the dorm have been kicked off campus..

Great to hear the test was negative...........:0008
College kids will be much tougher to isolate, the parties and bar scenes alone! I read that Auburn is allowing 20% capacity at home games and NO TAILGATING..... I have a few friends that are season ticket holders. Will be interested to see how the school monitors the tailgating..... I bet they have more people doing that than in the stands. Good to hear about your test Box, be safe and enjoy your family. I do zoom to visit grand kids, it's better than nothing, but man I miss interacting with those guys!!!! Take care and be safe :0008
