Alabama played a defeated game in their home stadium vs Texas A&M. I have not seen the Tide play that way at home in a long time.
How Johnny Football was able to run that rampant is a big concern for this game.
The game I have focus on is Ga vs Florida. Florida is a very very tough solid defensive team and they never give up. I was amazed that Georgia could win that game.
Alot of people will say that Richt cant win the big ones and blah blah blah.
This is differant in my opinion.
This game is for who goes to the National Championship game with the chance of being #1 in the country.
If the Georgia players get stoked like they were for Florida, they will have a good chance of winning.
Alabama just lost too much to graduation and the young defensive players have not stepped up.
Also Alabama's offense can get stuck in the mud at times.

Like UGA just hate hate HATE betting against Bama. Basically relying on UGA (read: Murray) to play a good game. But UGA has been firing on all cylinders lately
My thoughts exactly. I think Murray will get it done. Saban is the best, but he can't lace em up!
Agree on all points,,ATM beat us early and often,,We came back just not enough after the onslaught,,Bama sposed to be good next year,,was young starting this year but these guys have a full year under thier belt now,,Secondary sans Lester is weak,,If Ga can throw the ball any its gonna be tough,,Also losing Bell gonna hurt a little,,BUT,,Saban pretty good at devising schemes,,,Right now id take the 7.5 with Ga,,Hopefully Richt gets in the way and Bama wins by 3,,,:00hour :00hour
Cie,,I agree,But look at Ga against top 10,,, got trounced by SC 35-7,,Beat Fla after Fla having 6 turnovers by 17-9,,,,and gave up 44 to an AWFUL tennessee team and won by 7,AND,,only beat an awful kentucky team by 5 that didnt win a SEC game,,,I think this game boils down to bama running versus Ga rushing defense,,and if bama is running,,the clock is moving,,and points are at a premium,,Give me Ga and under today,,may change towards Saturday,,,:toast:

Saban is often thought of as the best big game coach, But:
7-6 in bowls
Lost to lsu last year in huge game
Lost to a&m this year in huge game
Lost to utah in bowl
I think he is the best around, but often times think people crown him before the game is played.

He beat LSU in the bigger of the two games
A&M this year was the perfect storm. Huge W down to the wire vs. LSU week before. Not to mention what playing LSU in that kind of game does to the team physically. Manziel played lights out.
Hardly would call that a "Big game" honestly unless every conference game vs. a ranked team is big. I'm thinking "Big game coach" in a larger sense

Hate saban, but he's as good of a big game coach as you can find. Not sure who anyone could put up against him head to head resumes

Yup that's why I said he is best out there.

I will be in the dome saturday afternoon so I have to make a small play,,Digging in deeper in this game and looking at bama defense ,,,IF im not mistaken ND,Bama,Fla,are 123 in the nation and in that order in team defense,,Not sure if Ga can score a lot hence the 17 on Fla,,,and not sure if Bama can score a lot,,,Gonna play under and pull for Bama,,,,
