Craigslist is totally free. I have both bought and sold thru it w/no problems. You're especially set if the tix are in pdf form. Then you can just accept $$ thru PayPal and email the tix. (I guess the same applies to the others.)
On CL you are probably limiting yourself to your general area, especially if you meet up with the person. Little more high-maintenance, too, and you might have to relist once your posting gets knocked down to the bottom of the page.
Also lots of spammers on CL. People might like to deal with an individual on there rather than someone posting a link to their ticket scalping site.
CL, once you respond to an ad it goes to that person's email (or the person responding to your ad sends the email to you) thru an anonymous link. If you don't want to write back, they'll never know who you are unless you put your info on the ad. But once you've made contact you can negotitate terms. Not so much on ebay or StubHub.
I recently bought two tix for a sold-out Katy Perry show at $20 face value on CL when some clod posted for that while everyone else was asking $50. Emailed him and got the tix within an hour. Posted them on there for $45 each and sold them a couple weeks later. Meet both people within two miles of my house. Total time involved = 30 minutes. So I made $100/hr with this trade.
