I think Wayne Root has scared the shit out of some people who used to post service plays. Word is he sued a few sites. Anyone else have any further information on this?

Northcoast puts out a newsletter called Power Plays, but the one in the service report is a different phone service.

I also used the "Service Plays" in cappersaccess.com, which is now gone for whatever reason. I would really appreciate if someone would tell me where else I can access a similar site.

You cannot and I repeat cannot sue someone for disclosing public knowledge. If you pay for the service and you decide to tell a friend, foe, or the internet that is your right. Once you do this it is now public information. As long as your payment was ligatemant then you may do with that information you wish....

He didn't sue private individuals who disclosed the plays ; just certain web sites. I think thats why a few of the Sites such as =Freesportseviceplays= & Cappers access shut down. At least this is my understanding. I agree he couldn't do anything about private individuals posting the picks.( if they paid for them). It's their right to post them if they choose; & I hope they do. I love fading most Sports Services.
