I think we will have to agree to disagree on this one, osmond. If you pay for a movie ticket, I don't think that entitles you to videotape the movie and then hand out copies outside the theater to anybody who asks for one. Like I said, I would be surprised if the language of the contract you enter into when you pay for picks from these services doesn't forbid you from disseminating this information to the public. I don't use any of these services, so I can't say for sure, but I would be very surprised if there wasn't some provision addressing this concern.
That said, I'm not trying to convince anybody not to do this (the more info the better), but legally, in a technical sense, I think he's on shaky ground here. Practically, I'm not sure there's much the touts can do about it. If I'm wrong about this, it certainly wouldn't be the first time (maybe the 3rd or 4th.......).
