Today the Boys called me out on a 2k wager. The wager was that The Boys did not WIN the Hilton contest in 2004 as he claims. Regular season doesn't matter, was his team declared WINNER

I can't figure out how to post a poll so a simple yes or no in the reply should settle it.

This is my copy and paste from yesterdays post:

Why don't we take this a little further and place a wager on this disagreement. Something very friendly, say $1000. Jack can hold the money. Then we can put this to rest, how does that sound? After all you have called me out, maybe even called me a liar???? I say my team of letitridesports did tie for first place but lost in a tie breaker with the same record as the tie breaker winner. My team did collect $130,000. Further details can be worked out.

Then a little later in the day I bumped it to $2000

Dude, you were not THE overall winner. You did not win the most money, period. In golf, when they all finish with the same number, they have a "tiebreaker" called a playoff, and the winner of that is the tournament winner. The records don't say like last week for instance, that Phil Mickelson finished in first place also. NO!!! Bill Haas WON the tournament, and will be shown as the true winner on all records in the future. Phil will be shown as the runner up always and forever. If you asked Phil, he would say "I lost the tournament." What about this does not make sense? Pay up to FDC you STIFF!!!!!

Looks to me like someone might want to change their signature to read 2nd place. Isn't that the main reason to have a tiebreaker, so there is a true winner and loser. Seems pretty cut and dry to me.

I did read it. You did not come in FIRST place. You did not collect the most money. Again, Mickelson is not saying this week he came in first place or tied for first place. He is saying he LOST the tournament. Period. You are one delusional mofo. You and warthog one and the same.
