Because a blind person could've seen that ball wasn't tipped. How in the hell could you throw a lofted ball towards the sideline and have it tipped?
Honestly, the officiating in this game is a joke, both ways, and it's annoying to watch.
well i lost 500 on the dook game today and still managed to be only down 30 bucks so i guess its a winning day for me

well fuck i had dook -37 and over 139.5

the punter should hold the ball for as many seconds as possible in the endzone and then take a knee for the safety... then you don't punt off to rossum.. though it'll then be a 3 point game so it prolly wont happen
