gut feeling...West to East to big a trip on short week for a team in the growing stages like the 9ers.

3 is a short number for Ravens to cover with a soldout stadium going absolutely bonkers on Turkey Nite..

Lots of hype on the 9ers and rightfully so, however ravens are a good team and the joint will be rockin. -3 seems like a short price for the ravens at home.

Ravens undefeated at home, 9er's undefeated on the road, something gotta give here,

Flacco, vs Alex?

Super Bowl Preview? a lotta Packer fans disagree with that statement, I am not saying both of them make it, 9ers a stretch due to offense,...

SF has played a brutal group of road games this year, each of them being trips east of I-75, yes one was the Redskins, but I just don't feel at ease playing the west coast - east coast angle in this matchup,...

I will say that this should be a good spot to pick either team or the UNDER in a 10 point three teamer to cap off your day with the dog or the under being the more attractive posititon :0074

best of luck

Where it is real F ing COLD
This is a night game so I do not believe the time zone change will affect the niners!

Not playing this game but if I had to I would take the niners and the points! I will go with the team who has the better defense!

38.5 is too low. Ravens games tend to go over. People automatically think "the Ravens defense" and their first instinct is UNDER but they go OVER more often than not.

Ravens are 8-2 OVER this year with the highest number set at 43.5 vs Houston which went UNDER. Final was 29-14

This game is going to be won by the team with the fewest mistakes and the team that wins the turnover battle.

SF has 26 takeaway 9 giveaway +17 (leads NFL)
BAL has 21 takeaway 18 giveaway +3

BAL has 77 penalties 718 yards
SF has 65 penalties 594

Field goals
SF 26-31 83.9%
BAL 22-28 78.6% and he's slumping

SF #1 rushing defense in the NFL 73 YPG
BAL #5 93 YPG

SF pass defense #23 245 YPG
BAL pass defense #7 211 YPG

SF allows 14.5 points per game
BAL allows 17.6 points per game

All that shit says SF is the better team but this game is in Baltimore, the 3rd best home record in the NFL last 10 years.

Gonna be a great game.

I wonder what the Harbaugh's, including dad Harbaugh have been talking about?

I like the Ravens. I don't think San Francisco offers anything that scares the Ravens. I think the Ravens win 24-10. Plus the 49ers have not lost against the spread all year this is the right time for that to change.

If you work this game based on SF and only their road games and teams they played on the road vs Ravens home games and the teams they played at home, I think the Ravens line should be 6.5 to 7 for Thursday night. I hate betting on the Ravens because I always think I jinxed them when they lose but that's just plain silly. I am taking the Ravens -3 for a very large play for me.

Espn says John more experienced and needs win more than Jim. What you think?

I'm not a big John Harbaugh fan. If there's a coaching edge, I'd have to go to Jim.

They're prob sitting around with dad now talking about it.

I agree that John needs the game more too.

Jack- this angle alone makes me really like Baltimore. Turnovers are 80% luck...SF has been gifted with such a high TO rate thus far. This has contributed heavily on their outcomes and public perception.
