SF and over...don't believe in teams throwing games but SF is doing a good job of it

No doubt the value is in the Over and USF in the 2nd half. You are talking about a 10 point difference in the orginal line with the Over in the 2nd half and a 11 point difference with USF in the 2nd half.

I haven't watched a single second of the game though as I was at the gym so I have no feel for the game.
