I think you would like the show. I've been watching since the beginning. It was always good, but it is much better with Cuban on the panel.

I used to watch episodes of Dragon's Den on YouTube before Shark Tank came out. Haven't seen it in a while.

My 7 year old and I watch it together on DVR. I pause it throughout the show and have him do the math to tell me how much they think their company is worth then how much the sharks are willing to value you it at.

This is based on, "I am asking for $10,000 for 25% of my company..." presentations.

Some of the numbers get a little tricky.

We also discuss if he thinks it's a "good" idea or not. It's a great exercise to work through with your kids.

Did I see that Robert Herkjovik (sp?) is on dragons den too? Me and my gf watch every episode of shark tank and love it. Never heard of this Canadian version until now. Where can I find full episodes online?

By the way, I like kevin because he tells it like it is. He can be a jerk, but it's funny at the same time. My favorite are Cuban (of course) and the Fubu guy Daymond. I hate that new woman from qvc they brought on for season three of shark tank. I don't know her name but she's the worst!!!

i don't know if u guys have this in ur area but Comcast has this thing called "on demand". Instead of having them taped like i do with direct TV (which is way better in my opinion with the DVR) u hit the on demand menu.. Well this was okay but these fuks figured a way where u have to watch the commercials now. I will stick with Direct TV and fast forward past those dam things.
