So if you have one guy that bets Syracuse for $10,000 and 10 others that bet Butler for $1,000 each......that means the line shouldnt move.

Do you take stock in percentages then? the line is designed to take action equally on either side

Thanks for validating my point.. when 70% on one side and line going other way... usually some big $$$ being bet on the 30%.

I dont think i am validating anything. A line is what it is. It moves when more money comes in on a side. Money moves a line....not percentages. Sometimes you have smart small bettors, and sometimes you have smart big bettors. If there was a way to figure out these things, it wouldnt be betting....now would it?
