Is there a more overated-overpaid palyer in the game today. He has not hit his weight now for almost 2 seasons. Tracey for some strange reason can't see this and continues to bat the rally killing stiff in the 4 hole. :shrug: Would love to see them unload him and his big paycheck.:thefinger You Shawn Green

I agree Boily.....seems like no one ever says anything about it here in LA....this guy is lucky if he can hit the ball out of the infield once a game

I have the MLB Extra innings package and see alot of the Dodger games. This guy hits more soft grounders than a Tee-Ball coach giving infield practice. Beltre is playing his ass off and Tracey still keeps Green in the 4 spot. My Dodger lineup would be this.

1. Roberts
2. Izturis
3. LaDuca
4. Beltre
5. Encarncion
6. Bradley
7. Green (or a player to be named later)
8.Cora
9. pitcher

what do you guys think of that lineup?

Agree completely. I know he's been hurt for two seasons, last year he rarely even mentioned it. The problem is NO ONE will take him. We are basically stuck with the contract. I would also dump Encarnacion if given the chance. Hopefully the Delgado rumors are true. Love to see it. All they have been missing to realistically contend for the division last few years is one big bat. Green was supposed to be that, but has not come close to expectations last year. Unless McCord can get a Delgado or somehow enter the Beltran stakes, gonna be a long year. Only change in your mock lineup is I would make Bradley 5 and Encarnacion 6.
