I don't know how you are measuring those two speeches, but in my opinion there was no comparison between who would be the most Presidential and who had a grasp on issues. Hillary gave an awesome speech - and considering the tone it had to take, still came off as being in total command of issues and the process.
No frickin' way did Palin make Hillary look like a joke. If Hillary had made that speech - or one like it without the Obama stuff - early on to Americans, she would be the candidate now, and would be highly favored to win. All in my opinion, of course. Palin did a good job, but let's not get crazy.

Sarah is a joke, but a true republican. She spun the truth enough for most to believe because of the fact that it had Obama or Biden in the sentence. if she said Obama was married to another dude lastnight you droids would of believed it. Just a typical republican speech, say what the robots of the world want to hera and dont worry about the truth coming out and be shed upon it, because the hard headed droids will fight tooth and nail to prove Obama/Biden did something and not the fact that the republican lied. Quite funny how shes even being compared or talked about in the same sentence as Hillary, but I must say for a woman that doesnt even know what a VP's job is she's got alot of robots on her side for who knows what other then shes a hot hockey mom, thats all I keep seeing and hearing about her.
Of all the speech makers of both conventions,without a doubt,Bill Clinton is the master.Bill gave the best speech of all and when asked said," with a grind," Monica gives the best head,I've had so many in my life that I feel that I'm somewhat an authority on the subject.
