Shocking News: Ron Paul Believes in Freedom

Posted on May 14, 2011 by Lew Rockwell
<!-- .entry-meta -->He would not take away anyone?s freedom of association.
UPDATE from Joshua Vander Lugt:
It was so great to see Ron Paul on Chris Matthews yesterday. He was truly (as you described him recently) fearless!

Dr. Paul?s passion is deeply inspiring. At the end of the interview, he told Matthews that even he would eventually ?come around? to a comprehensive view of liberty when he realizes that a philosophy of non-intervention in foreign policy directly originates from personal property rights.

Here is the YouTube link. For a moment, I could imagine even Chris Matthews, this extremely entrenched establishment statist, opening his mind to legalizing freedom. What a beautifully bold interview!

Ron Paul and the Love Revolution of 2012

:00hour :00hour :00hour

A positive article from the Huff PO ! :0008

It is often said that a convert to a cause is more fervent than those born to it. That is probably true about me and my "conversion" as an immigrant to this great country.

In that spirit of passionate desire for my adoptive land to become everything it was meant to be, may I humbly suggest, America, that Ron Paul is Your Man.

Just a few years ago, I was excited to follow Obama's success in the hope that he would undo the worst of the un-American shenanigans of the Bush administration, including the abrogation of rights of American citizens, the killing of citizens of lands that don't threaten us and the wholesale transfer of wealth from those that create it and play by the rules to those that do neither of those two things.

Ron Paul Ready To Be ?Commander-in-Chief?

Posted on May 15, 2011 by Lew Rockwell
<!-- .entry-meta -->Because he does not want to order people around, overseas or here at home, except to tell the troops: come home.

Rep. Ron Paul (R-Texas), who is running for the presidency once again at age 75, said on Sunday he's "pretty well equipped" to be commander-in-chief despite what critics might say.

"I don't want to run people's lives around the world, I don't want to run the economy. My qualifications are a little bit different," the libertarian Paul said "Fox News Sunday."

"But compared to others' he went on, "I'm pretty well equipped, I have a fair amount of experience. I've been in the military. I was in the military five years, that gives me a little bit of experience. I would say I'm pretty well equipped. But to brag that I can run things, I don't do that because that's not what a president is supposed to do."

Ron Paul?s Campaign Pledge

Ron Paul?s Campaign Pledge

Ron Paul?s Campaign Pledge

Posted on May 14, 2011 by Lew Rockwell
<!-- .entry-meta -->In an announcement letter, Ron Paul writes:
I pledge the following to you:
1. I will work as hard as I can and do everything in my ability to make this campaign a success.

2. We will build the strongest team we possibly can and execute the best, most professional effort in our power.

3. I will never compromise and never, ever back down.

Chances are he will follow through on #3 far more than any of the Campaign promise of BO, or is it BS ?

I like Mathews because he doesnt throw the softball question like Hannity , oreilly , and greta'

Matthews is a articulate and logical person in my mind.

I liked the way Ron Paul handled the questions and if he runs as the Repub Nomine I may well vote for him

But lets face it, Newt, Paul , and Cain have no chance of winning the nomination.

The powers that be will see to that.
