You sound like a guy who owes me $200 local. We bet both games ML, I gave him 2:1 on GB + PIT.
So if they won, I was out $400. Both lost, so I'm up $200.
I let it sit for almost a week now and when I text him to square up, his response was...."We both knew they(GB/PIT) had no chance."
So in a nutshell, you and this crook wanted to make phony bets that you'd sure as hell honor and claim up-to had you won. But since you lost, you just talk about them like it's tongue-in-cheek, no-big-deal type thing. Not to mention you'd both had been clamoring for more attention and wanting to collect.
