Why posting early?

Has this happened to you... ?

Doing the same thing I did last week - had my "official" picks early, putem in, waited, posted the ones that I thought were the best at the end of week.
Even though it didn't make a difference - tuned out that during the week - the lines moved against my plays in almost EVERY one of my picks and the percentage of winners on my list was even better than what I posted (which resulted in a net profit if you played all 3 of the posted picks anyway). Maybe the early dough coming in is the smart money?? I dunno?

So, this week - I'm posting ALL I got and PLAYED at this point NOW. I know it can be a little risky pulling the trigger early cause PO POO can happen during the week (like an injury, suspension, etc.), but ya gotta do what's been working:

ILLNOIS -3 vs. the Orange Slush. Like the song goes - They do run, run, run, .. they do run, run.

BOISE STATE. -320 straight vs. Wyoming - taking the line looks like a great play also, but straight up looks like an absolute gift (parlay stuffer, anyone?)

GA TECH -17 vs. Troy - thinking Troy did OK vs. a FL. State team that was coming off a high; while Tech gave a proven ND team that was ON A HIGH all they could handle. Don't know how Troy's "newbie" defenders managed to hold down State, but sure don't expect them to pull that off two weeks in a row ESP. in Bobby Dodd's place. Thinking the Yellow Jackets will be able to move the ball pretty much at will in this one.

STANFORD -2 1/2 vs. Navy - 1 if by land, 2 if by sea... ... BUT, what about BY AIR?

These are the lines I got the other day, didn't check if any moved since. Prob. will add at least one more.

Good Luck y'awl

Man, what a time I had digging for this thing, Whew!

Anyway:

ADDING:

EDITING THIS PLAY - WRONG LINE (my mistake, line is 58) - FORGET THIS PLAY - LINE IS TOO HI.
NAVY/STANFORD Over 42: I see posts about Navy running all over them. I expect the ball to be going the other way FASTER and MORE OFTEN - remember, "What if by AIR". Neither team has a pass defense and that ain't going to hurt Stanford cause all Navy does is run, but it's sure gonna hurt Navy. Anyway, given that the Navy pickers are right (and I think they are) then this game is clearly an OVER out there in sunny C A L.

CONN -6 1/2 vs. Wake: U Conn is under rated almost every year and this yr. is no difference. Wake is already in injury trouble while UConn is virtually injury free. Conn. looked very good "practicing" vs. Rhode Isle in last while Wake was having a hard time with oponents that are only slightly better. Now they're heading to Conn. for a good ole fashioned ass whoopin.

N. TEXAS +19 1/2 vs. Tulsa: N. Texas plays just as well (or bad, but NO difference) away as home while Tulsa appears to have absolutely no home advantage at all. Greenies have a definite edge on defense whether vs. air or ground and this spread is just too much for a weak Tulsa squad to overcome.

Hope to add at least 1 more tomorrow - figuring out the best plays takes plenty of time.

LAST addition, but think it's a good one:

BUFFALO +24 vs. N. Illinois: They are actually showing a bit of life this yr. Apparently, Willy (their QB) is connecting - HELL, they haven't scored 40 pts. in one game in YEARS, and did vs. a better oponent (Bowl. Grn.) than they faced in many of their games. Think new head coach, Gill, is looking like baseball's Joe Girardi. Plenty of returning players too. N. Illinois is NOT meeting the expectations of quite a few "experts" and I think the Bulls cover this huge spread.

BTW, sorry bout the mistake on the Navy/Stanford line (was thinking of a different game). The REAL total is just too much so that game is a no play. Oh, yeah and ... . yeah, yeah, it's "SEPARATION" week. Who the hell thought that one up - to me it's SHOWDOWN week again.

That's it for this week, BEST BET is UConn.

GL.

Still time to recoup?

Still time to recoup?

Hate resurecting this thing, but I think there's still a play that can put a bandage on the bleeding today:

Texas A&M -16 first half

(freakin Buffalo ain's scoring... SHEET. PLEEZ do the air attack thing, Stanford.).
