My favorite appetizer, goes well with a good Steak.
Chop , one large onion, Two bell peppers, half a stalk of celery, One large bunch of green onions.
Saute in half a stick of butter and two toes of chopped garlic till veggies are soft. About 45 minutes to an hour. add one teaspoon of cayenne pepper, one tablespoon of black pepper.
Chop 1 1/2 lbs of shrimp and add once the veggies are soft. Cook for about 6 minutes. Add italian bread crumbs and hot water to thicken breading. Mix for several minutes for consistency.
Pop the tops of medium portabella mushroom and clean over cool water. Stuff each mushroom with a generous amount of dressing.
Melt half a stick of butter and three toes of chopped garlic. Pour over stuffed mushrooms and bake for 20 minutes @ 350.
