Sorry about that, Wayne...I had forgotten they were a seperate economic endeavor from China, although still a part of the country. I'm entirely too dumb too understand the details of all that. :look:

Actually not China--china was rank way down the list--I was surprised as any to see hong kong and shanghi on top Chad.

Wayne,

You often cite how bad of a man Saddam was in the ever dwindling excuses for this ridiculous adventure.

Do Chinas extensive human rights abuses bother you?

Just sayin'.

Wayne cracks me up.

He has 'plans' to set up some tax sheltered stuff in a commie country in case the 'liberals' here mess him all up. And plans to move to said commie country in a few years.

I love Asia, for sure, but the hypocrisy is interesting.

Its independent of China to great extent similiar to Hong Kong and Macau (gambling mecca of Asia) Shanghai is located in Jiangsu province but is administered as a separate governmental unit. It is also chinas largest city and more people speak English there than any part of China.

Yep Matt--civil rights and being communist are 2 drawbacks --the latter however is a decreasing factor year by year as they are becoming westernized---I have found the police there and people in general very friendly.

another drawback communication--you go bezerk not being able to talk with most people. However cost of living and tax advantages are huge.
