Listen up. This is the off-season. Football is still a month away and teams have not even started fall practice yet. There are 30 threads in the college football forum. Only 7 threads have been active in the last 3 days. That means there are 23 inactive threads. Go post something that interests you.
This is a CFB forum where CFB is being talked about in this thread. If you are not interested with the subject in this thread, IGNORE IT! Go post in a thread that interests you. I have no idea why you think people care about your opinion about other posters. What are you contributing to this thread? Trying to make it into a soap opera? Grow up.
I think most people would agree it is more difficult to beat the #60 ranked team vs the #90 ranked team. You seem to forget that playing a lesser opponent allows starters to rest more. I am sure it is easier to blow out a #90 ranked team vs #60 ranked team. Your argument that team A should get wins over #60 and #90 doesn't make sense.
Then make your own list instead of just sitting behind your computer tearing apart gjn's list. Nobody said the Pac 10 doesn't play easy OOC opponents. But I think it is safe to say that the SEC plays a much easier OOC schedule vs the Pac 10. No denying that.
SEC plays 6 more OOC games.
You only focus on OOC matchups of elite teams. That is not the argument.
Take a look at how many OOC games the Pac 10 plays on the road. Good luck finding how many away OOC games the SEC plays. MUCH MUCH easier to win at home vs on the road. I don't care who you play. If team A is better than team B, I rather play team A at home vs playing team B on road.
Again, if you dislike the subject material in this thread, or the posters, or some combination of both, do not participate in this thread. There are 7 other active threads in this forum and 23 inactive threads. Don't feel obligated to give your opinion about the posters in a thread. Nobody cares. At least I don't. Talk CFB, not about posters.

Just like college hoops - playing #60 is just as automatic a W as #90 - it is ridiculous to act is if one is a better win than the other, or that it indicates strong scheduling.

For starters they weren?t all listed - like Oregon v Houston, which apparently is a questionable game per the sage gjn. Could add plenty of games to both lists lists.

And considering one conference has 2 more teams, I would expect it to have a few more shit games.

What real non-conf games are there this year? Texas-Ohio State. Florida-Florida State. I guess Oklahoma-UCLA if the Bruins are anything. Arizona State-LSU. USC-Ark, except Ark has something like 3 returning starters. Probably a handful more, but that's about it.

Of course those Pac 10 games are at home.
