Stag --

I lost any credibility in the MAAC last night after backing Marist and L-M. Fortunately Hofstra won the hook so it wasn't a total disastor (and I jumped on Hofstra +3.5 at the half which also cashed).

Fairfield is now -4.5. Your number is 7, mine is close to that which makes this too close for me to play at -4.5

I love Fairfield and hope they get to the dance but I don't think either they or Manhattan are going to win the rest of their MAAC games...both are bound to lose somewhere down the line.

FWIW I'm putting a little change on the Siena ML tonite...Haddix is tough on the boards and Prospher is playing real well...you never know...I see this as a real close game...

Can you tell me what book you got that 2nd half line for Hofstra?

I had +2.5 and was very pissed to see that he made 1 of 2 at the end.

thanks

lol..........
for clarification sake, "striking th iron while it's hot" was in reference to Fairfield's steady play as of late.......NOT my handicapipng.
I re-read my initial post and it sounded awkward and cocky. not intended to be!
Glad I jumped on Fairfield on the overnight line..as I now see it has moved to 4.5.
Not a real big play for me. But my favorite on the card.
Maybe consider teasing Fairfield with another team you like.

stag,agree with you tonite.
superbook,Manhattan is going to lose one of 2 up in Buffalo this week. But the key question is,which one.I'm leaning to Niagara to maybe win and cover.Reaves and Mendez now rank 1 and 2 in the MAAC in rebounding.Deardon is a big strong 6'3 gd that can score and Cruz is one of the assits leaders in the conf.
But they have no depth and play 6 guys.If I was Bobby G I would press and press and tire their butts.
Think Jaspers can handle Dux and Mallory because Griffs frontline is no match for them.

Jon-
you have lost ZERO credibility in the MAAC or IVY! Everybody has nights like that. You know your hoops!

Box-
glad to see you on Fairfield a well.
I'm gonna start capping tomorrow's IVY games right now...........first full slate.....lines are out already and they look very tight at first glance.
Princeton -11 over Harvard at Jadwin looks good........I might jump on that one tonight
