ok, for a fleeting moment i thought siena might just "gut" out some W's after they beat manhattan, but then saw it was simply a lackluster effort by the jaspers...no haddix again for the saints--btw, he's good, but not superman--but mclinton has proved a reliable scorer & sniezyk is coming on...saints had a shot @ covering (not winning) v an improving canisius but faltered...so @ first look v niagara tonite i thought whoa! +16.5? then i remembered their last meeting @ the pepsi (saints' home) where mendez had a double-double @ halftime & the purple eagles led by 30 for most of the 2nd half...mendez has lots of support in brooks & cruz...saints avg 63 ppg, purple iggles 85 ppg, throw in homecourt & it's niagara by 25...
