Ok, I am stucked in the airport, got drunk last night, slept like 2 hours, saw my little boy (1 month and 3 weeks) and huge him so little time in the morning, because I was going to take a flight scheduled at 8:25 am, so I came to the airport around 6:20 am, waiting for freaking plane they just said the plane was delayed almost three hours, so I am here, semi-drunk, without the lil' ksyas with me and burning time, so I just want a little of feedback about the early game, I may play something in the first half just to take some time away and have some fun of it.
My thoughts about the game....
Siena sure looked impressive beating Vandy, but we have to remember that Vandy was and has been a pretty lame if not atrocious away team, they are a very local team, without guts out of home, they have their exceptions of games, but generally they are chockers on the road, so I was not surprised that they didnt show anything in the game and Siena a well coached and hungy team came and beat them with athleticism and energy, I will not buy a lot on that win, not saying they are not good, just Vandy wasnt that good at all. In the other hand we have the Nova, I really scary team that before the tourney we all knew they were dangerous and Clemson should knew it, Clemson is a great team without any, yes, without any skills in the free throws line, their destiny was a failure to launch and they had it, a team with no defense is also a team with no future in the tourney, and they show along the season a lot of holes, they sure can play and they play hard against all the ACC specially against the tar heelss, put NC is really vulnerable on defense, but thats another story. Villanova sure is a good team, that is getting not much credit for beating clemson that for me is way better than Vandy out of home, Nove came to the tourney being a dark horse and I think they should be considered like one, sincerely we have a lot of great stories in this tourney year in and year out, Siena already made it, but can just finish today, maybe not, thats why I am opening this thread, because you may know a millions of more things about this teams than me, so lets talk and maybe take one side
