Both teams have their reasons for needing to win, I think Eagles have come into the end of the year before and pulled the foot off the gas and it has hurt them going into playoffs. They won't do it this year-this is their best chance to get into the SB - they will be focused. If they had a comfortable cushion ahead of the Rams for home field, I would think they come out flat, but not now. I also think Fiedler is more hurt than they let on.
