I can sympathize, have had them many times for 20+ years.....without fail.

Tried everything....finally found a very competent ENT.. Ear nose throat doctor.

In my case, it was over enlarged turbinades.(they are in your sinus passages and condition the air you breath.) mine were blocking, and out of control, contributing to mucous drainage and resulting infections

For years my nose was so stuffed I could hardly breath thru the nose, and had constant infections.

I had a major turbinade reduction operation 4 years ago, and periodically squirt a saline solution in the dry season, and have not had a problem in 4 years.

There is hope, just do some research in your area.

dead $,my doctor wants me to get this surgery, for the same reasons you describe, also deviated septum surgery. Sounded painful as Hell, could you elaborate some on the surgery.

HELL
I have heard nice things about that netty pot, and it seems to be working for that girl in the picture.

I have been to the ENT about 3 times over the past few years, and after sticking a garden hose up my nose and in my ears they found nothing... not even a brain, no polyps nor any other of that fine shit everyone seems to be mentioning.

Allergies  never been tested nor have I had any, or any that I know of.
