Wow... shocking that an oil company president would be saying that unless Congress passes legislation allowing them to drill where ever they want, $5 gasoline will look like a bargain. But yes, Waters embarrassed herself with that display of hubris. As if she speaks for and has the authority to declare the future actions of both the Congress and the White House.
