some of these plays are my valentine's, 'cause i LOVE them.

bowling green (+13.5) 1 unit. i kinda get the feeling it's time to get off the bg money train, but i gotta keep ridin' her 'til she throws me. they've been great as a decent-sized dog.

clemson (-1.5) 3 units. if only you could count on clemson to make more than 40% of their free throws...

iowa (-3) 4 units. a week or two ago i thought maybe i was going to the iowa well too many times. then they destroyed michigan. this team flat-out does not lose at home and sparty has been nothing special on the road. the hawkeyes don't owe me anything at this point, so if this play goes down, i'm ok with that. but i expect the blowout loss at michigan state will give iowa the extra incentive they need to get a solid win here.

Smitty, I was on BG as well and just wanted you to know that they were the correct side to back despite the outcome.

On several occasions last night BG worked the ball inside only to have their big guys not be able to finish. The Falcons lost at least 8-10 points due to blown bunnies and fumbles of some great passes inside.

Sometimes shit happens, and it happened last night.

thank you, spang. i actually had the game on (fox pac, i think). i was watching on and off the first half. yeah, i saw nothing that told me it was a bad play. they've been a very live dog almost all season. i saw almost none of the second half, since i was a little more focused on iowa. considering how my other two plays did, i didn't lose any sleep over that game. although, i WAS only 2 points from a perfect night....

we gamblers are like women... we always want a little more.
