Turned out yummy...
Put a cajon rub on with garlic and onion powder as well,smoked with apple chips for 2.5 hrs at 220and then crisped them up on the grill,about 10 minutes,fell off the bone yet crispy(the way I like them)!!!!!
That's exactly how I do mine but without the rub. The last 30 minutes or so on the smoker is when I take them off, drop them in some wing sauce and throw them back on. After that I put them on the grill to crisp them up.
