DOGS: I wasn't filling out an application, we were just talking. It was just ridiculous that the guy had no clue that he might be causing the kids problems........I guess smokers aren't very bright either??

I don't think their smoking caused problem but will most definately agree with you it sure isn't helping them and can't think of a more irresponsible action than subjecting ones children in their condition to smoke.
Being a smoker, who hates being one myself, I also agree with you I am not to bright on that issue. You would think with all the risks that can kill us we have no control over I should be smart enough to avoid those I do. Not so--YET--but still trying
