30 " already in b`more...another 12-18 om the way....this time with noreaster type winds...

sounds like jersey and philly will get hit even harder than us this time...if that`s possible...

just had a monster white pine "halved" today...a load off my mind...it was a a tree that was huge...i mean huge....and was top heavy(not an xmas tree looking pine) ....and this last storm took a ton of branches off the bottom of the opposite side from me making it weighted toward my house....

i feel so much better...first time in 4 days the weasels can sleep upstairs in their own beds...

thank god for hustling tree services ...

You in South Jersey? I avoided the heavy stuff this weekend, but sounds like I'll get hit harder this round.

Yea, right next to AC.

Looks like up north a little bit will get hit the hardest and might get some sleet down here but who knows.

The said Philly would get like 12" on saturday and they got 2 feet

Just moved to Hunterdon County a few months ago, looks like we could get a lot this time around. From the people around here it sounds this area usually gets hit pretty hard, but we've missed the past few storms.

guys that live in climates that don`t get much snow don`t realize all the issues that it creates....

firstly, removing the shit...unless you`re a 25 year old superman, shovelling 30 inches of heavy, wet snow off of cars and out of a large driveway...along with a large run of sidewalk.....it can be a death sentence....

not to mention people cannot..i mean physically can not leave their homes for any reason...emergency or otherwise...because the snow is way above a 4 wheel drive`s clearance.....

and anybody with a sick family member...or someone that gets sick during the storm...human/pet,whatever....well,you`re just shit outta luck...

also the potential loss of power...for days to weeks in freezing temperatures.....can`t pick up and go to a motel...

it`s seriously scary stuff..
