Been tired as hell latley, some nights I only get 7 hours, other nights almost 10. It's hardly ever the same amount. I want a healthy nights sleep to feel my best. How many hours should I sleep? How many hours do you sleep?

daily exercise ?

healthy diet ??

stress..???

last check-up ???

lot older than you Mully so my 5 or 6 hours of sleep is all I need..As we get older we require less sleep.

7 to 8 hours of sleep for you would seem sufficent...depending on your answers to the above questions.

there are some real good sites on sleep ..

search.....http://www.webmd.com/

i've had trouble getting to bed/staying asleep, espewcially after a night of boozing, always wake up w/the dry mouth and shakes....but even w/o boozing it's tough for 8 solid straight hours.... :sadwave: usually toss and turn, who knows why, lot of people seem to....8 hours is great if you can get it.....bout to try maybe some ambien to sleep better :) must be great to wake up feeling refreshed every day, most people are a little tired/lethargic when they wake up
