Been tired as hell latley, some nights I only get 7 hours, other nights almost 10. It's hardly ever the same amount. I want a healthy nights sleep to feel my best. How many hours should I sleep? How many hours do you sleep?

i`d kill for 7 hours sleep...

hard to tell...sleep`s been so bad lately that it`s worrisome..

one thing i`m curious about...seems like the sun used to rise alot earliier in wintertime....when i was working regular hours,i had to get in around 6 and it seemed that the sun would already be coming up...now that i have no set hours it doesn`t even start to get light out until after 7....

am i wrong here?...anybody else notice this?

Between 3-6 normally.... About once a month, i will "play catch-up" and get about 9 hours.

Our bodies have a natural sleep cycle, which happens in 90 minute increments. Generally, you should try to plan to sleep in those intervals. 3 hours, 4.5 hours, 6 hours, 7.5 hours, etc.

Ever wake up 10 minutes before the alam goes off? That's your body's natural cycle. Go ahead and get up. If you roll over and begin a new cycle, you will feel like crap when the alarm goes off 10 minutes later.... :SIB

On your issues of days getting longer-

Al Gore's theory presented at U.N.

Heat expands--cold contracts

-therefore days are longer in summer than in winter

--therefore within 20 years bats and other nocternal animals will become extinct.
