Good news. Spring is a good time to come, lots going on.
There are so few things in SF that are less expensive than the rest of the country, so the one time I see I'm paying less than others for something I gotta cheer

Here in Dallas we've had 47 days of over 100. And now that my little one is sleeping in her room. We finally had to start using the upstairs air... Got hit pretty hard this month $565 House is only 1.5 yrs old so its up to date with the latest energy savers.. Buts its just so Fn HOT! Every day.. im sick of it
The house is almost 3700 sq feet but my bill was half that last summer..
