Trying to get my ass in shape. Thought I'd "jog" a mile after my cardio workout today. Could hardly make it half way before I had to stop.. I wasn't winded, but my legs and feet were fucking killing me...This coming from a guy who still owns my High School mile relay record...WFT? Getting old Blows...

don't kill yourself all in one day and quit

slow and steady wins the race

thong exercises 6 days a week

thong sexercises 7 days a week

:00hour

if you're sore/arthritic i recommend cold water, especially swimming

unless you've dropped 40-50 lbs since I saw you this past summer, I'd stay away from running until you do. Eliptical is easier on your joints anyway. Probably also need some new running shoes; most people don't buy new ones often enough and that will lead to sore feet and shin splints. Lift some weights, do some cardio, eat right and get your proper rest--do all of that for 6 months, then think about running if you still have the desire to.
Good luck getting into shape. Find a job yet?

Hell No I haven't dropped 40-50 LBS! :mj07: I've lost 10 lbs since the day you saw me at the gas station. I guess my mind still thinks I can run...Have running shoes on the xmass list.:0074 As far as the job search goes, still nada. I refuse to take a job I know I'm going to hate and those seem to be the only offers I've had. No doubt my attitude might change as time goes on, as the job market is brutal right now.

1o lbs lost is better than 10 lbs gained....have a couple of friends not having any luck finding jobs right now, too. One of them even applied for a couple of seasonal things at target and kohls--and nada. Running Wild on Brady St in Davenport will do you right on a new pair of running shoes..might ask for a gift certificate from there....:0074
