NE is at 14/14' most spots I see, and 47

GB is 7/7' and 41

Not sure, but I was surprised to see the GB total creep back up to 41. Personally, I feel there is a huge difference between 30 degrees last week, and 0 with 20 below wind chill today. What are your thoughts?
